Our Company

Perrel Management Company, Inc. owns and manages apartments in southeastern Virginia. Because our properties include conventional and VHDA-financed communities, we are able to cater to both moderate-and low-income-residents who need homes in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton or Newport News.

These men and women know the importance of paying attention to details; of quick and personal responses to residents' concerns; and of a warm and welcoming environment, and it is their dedication that ensures the company maintains its high standards of excellence. Our Goal

We were the first to offer fitness centers and screened in back porches at our communities, and we have always understood the importance of well-kept grounds and gardens. So our goal, all these years later, remains the same - to keep looking forward in order to better the quality of life for everyone living in our communities.
